Why I Wrote This
I didn't write this book from a place of perfection.
I wrote it from a place of truth.
A large part of my trauma came from my experiences with a woman.
That pain shaped how I thought, how I moved, and how I saw women for a long time.
There was a period in my life where I carried a mindset I didn't even fully understand—misogyny that was rooted in unresolved pain.
It wasn't until I stepped into therapy and started doing real internal work that I began to see things clearly.
I had to face myself.
I had to understand where my thoughts came from… and who they were hurting.
At the same time, I can't ignore the truth—
I've also experienced love, care, and spiritual depth through women that helped shape me into who I am today.
This book lives in that tension.
God first.
Then the woman's womb.
We can't dishonor that and expect to be whole.
I wrote this for women—
to remind you of your power, your value, and your spiritual position in a world that often tries to minimize it.
In my perspective, women are the spiritual leaders of this earth, while men operate as physical leaders.
And one cannot exist in purpose without the other.
I wrote this for men—
to challenge us to acknowledge women on a deeper level, whether we come from trauma or not.
Because many of us are dealing with a silent crisis… a lack of emotional awareness, a lack of understanding, and sometimes, a disconnect from the very source we come from.
This book is not me claiming I know everything.
It's me being honest about where I am.
I've grown.
I've healed.
I've evolved.
And I believe I've reached a higher level of understanding…
but I'm still learning—about women, about myself, and about the human experience as a whole.
This is my perspective of the feminine frequency—
as I continue to grow through it in real time.

Growing up, Jerrod faced the challenges of non-supportive parenting and emotional instability, which became a major foundation for the themes explored in his writing. These early experiences shaped his understanding of trauma, identity, and the importance of self-awareness.
A Man's Perspective: Volume 1 – Feminine Frequency reflects his journey through emotional growth, healing, and understanding the role of women in both personal and spiritual development. Once influenced by unresolved pain, Jerrod found himself operating from a place he later recognized as misaligned. Through therapy, reflection, and life experience, he began to confront those patterns and evolve.
This volume is deeply connected to his daughter, whose presence and influence helped reshape his perspective on the feminine, nurturing a deeper respect, awareness, and appreciation.
Volume 2 – The Masculine Code comes out October 2026, shifts the lens inward—exploring masculinity, responsibility, and the reality of what many now recognize as the "boy crisis." Jerrod speaks from lived experience, having grown up with an absent father for the majority of his life. This volume will also reflect his journey as a father to his son, highlighting growth, accountability, and breaking generational cycles.
Outside of writing, Jerrod works closely with troubled youth as a mentor—guiding teens who face similar struggles related to trauma, identity, and lack of support. His work is not just theory—it's lived, practiced, and poured back into the community.
Jerrod is a proud and loving father of both a son and a daughter, and he considers fatherhood one of the most important roles in his life.
At his core, Jerrod is a social enthusiast who values connection, growth, and truth. He embraces humanity in all forms—the good and the bad—understanding that life is not simply about what you gain, but what you give back.
He operates with a strong belief in karmic energy and lives by a personal code of intention: to move with purpose and to add value wherever it may be lacking—"adding paint where it ain't."
